SHIPPING POLICY
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders typically take up to 10 business days to deliver and are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL or a shipping agent.
Note: International shipping charges abovewebsite NOincluding import tax or customs fee of your country. Please consider carefully before placing order.
X Hair reserves the right to change the shipping method specified on the website to an equivalent method. Shipping costs may be higher or lower than the actual rate from the shipping unit. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
- IN CASE OF DELAYS IN TRANSPORTATION
In rare cases, the shipping service may experience delays during shipping. Please understand that X Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping unit or force majeure factors (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.).
Therefore, X Hair will not refund or accept refund claims in the above delayed cases.
Note: Customs clearance tax will be handled by the recipient directly with customs in the receiving country and payment of related taxes/fees (if any).
- UNDELIVERED / LOST / RETURNED PACKAGE
If your order is not successfully delivered and is returned to X Hair, it is usually due to an incomplete or incorrect address. The order status will be marked as “Returned to Sender” on the tracking system.
Possible reasons for returned items:
Shipping address does not exist
- Address entered incorrectly by customer
- Missing important information (e.g. apartment number, building, floor…)
- The carrier is unable to deliver safely after at least one attempt.
- The recipient has moved
- Recipient refused to receive the goods.
Returns Policy
Returned packages will be:
- Restock
- Store credit (E-Gift Card) after deduction:
- Initial shipping fee
- Fixed restocking fee: $35
- Shipping and Route Protection fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- We are unable to resend or replace products in these cases, as all returned packages will be processed by our returns department.
Please use E-Gift Card to re-place a new order with the correct address.
Important Note:
Orders cannot be edited once they have been recorded in the system.
To ensure successful delivery, please enter the correct and complete delivery address, including information such as:
- Street name, house number
- Number of apartments, buildings, floors
- Exact abbreviation (if any)
X Hair is not responsible for lost, misdelivered or damaged packages.
All returns or returns to sender will be charged a flat restocking fee of $35.
